We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our clear and simple return rules:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customer must provide unboxing video as proof for damage/defect claims.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product is defective

• The wrong product/color was delivered

• The item was damaged during shipping

Refund Method:

• Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa

• Takes 3–7 working days after approval

Non-Refundable Items

• Used items

• Products damaged by customer

• Items returned without proof or packaging

• Custom orders

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item or want to exchange color, we can arrange a replacement. Return shipping may apply.
